  • Strength, conditioning, and flexibility classes

  • Private lessons and small group training

  • Performance clinics and camps

  • Recreational and competitive programs

Service availability, pricing, and program offerings may vary based on schedule, location, instructor availability, and athlete needs.

3. Registration & Pricing

All pricing and enrollment information is based on the details provided at the time of registration. Pricing may vary depending on the program type, session length, or custom scheduling.

  • Class reservations are held only after payment is received.

  • Any quotes or pricing details are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Participant & Parent Responsibilities

Clients and guardians agree to:

  • Provide accurate participant information at time of registration

  • Ensure timely arrival and pickup for scheduled sessions

  • Communicate any injuries, special needs, or schedule changes

  • Maintain current payment method and fulfill any agreed tuition obligations

5. Policies & Limitations

We are committed to a safe, encouraging, and productive environment for all athletes.

GameChanger Tumbling is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or injuries not disclosed

  • Injuries resulting from unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructions

  • Cancellations or delays due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

Any applicable guarantees or policies (e.g., refund, credit, or make-up sessions) will be outlined in individual agreements or class policies.

6. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is required in advance for all services unless other arrangements have been made.

  • A deposit may be required to reserve clinic or private lesson spots

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or loss of credit

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, graphics, photos, and written content, is the property of GameChanger Tumbling and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
